About Mr. Saad Karar
CEO, Hillsfield Real Estate
Born and raised in Dubai, my journey has been shaped by witnessing the city’s remarkable transformation and its rise as one of the world’s most dynamic real estate markets. With years of hands-on experience in the industry, I have gained deep insight into Dubai’s evolving property landscape by navigating multiple market cycles and opportunities. This firsthand exposure led me into real estate, where I gradually built a strong network, managed sizable portfolios, and worked closely with family offices, multinational companies, and high-net-worth investors from across the globe.
Today, as the Founder and CEO of Hillsfield Real Estate, I lead a highly driven and specialized team committed to delivering strategic, results-focused property solutions. We actively serve clients from more than 15 nationalities and work closely with some of the most prominent developers in the UAE, including Emaar, Nakheel, Meraas, Beyond, Omniyat, Ellington, and Imtiaz. These strong partnerships allow us to offer priority access to exclusive launches, premium inventory, and some of the most in-demand projects in the local market. Our internal structure includes dedicated off-plan and secondary market divisions, enabling us to deliver targeted expertise and precise execution across all property segments.
My personal specialization lies in off-plan developments and commercial real estate, where I assist investors in identifying high-growth opportunities and maximizing long-term returns. With a clear vision, advanced market knowledge, and a client-first approach, my mission is to guide investors toward well-timed, profitable decisions while positioning Hillsfield Real Estate as a trusted and influential name in Dubai’s competitive property sector
